The news is coming thick and fast from Mr Joseph.
Less than an hour after claiming Ange Postecoglou is willing to listen to offers for Stephen Welsh, the intrepid Sky Sports journalist has updated us all on the Cho gue-Sung transfer rumour:
UPDATE: Celtic are holding talks with Jeonbuk Hyundai Motors technical director Ji-Sung Park in London, after making a bid of around £3m for Gue-Sung Cho.
Rangers also monitoring, but no bid yet. Reports in South Korea suggest Minnesota have come to the table.

Citing an online Sky Sports journalist as his source, this is exciting news for the Celtic fans as they prepare for news that Giorgos Giakoumakis could leave the club this January.
Speculation surrounding gue-Sung has been incredibly high. This site reported this morning that the South Korean international was the subject of a $5m verbal offer from MLS side Minnesota United.
It is not known whether or not the offer has been official yet or that the verbal offer was accepted or not but it is widely accepted that the 20 cap international is extremely keen to pursue a career within Europe.
The 24-year-old has scored 21 goals in 35 appearances for Jeonbuk Hyundai last season but it was his performances and goals against Ghana at the Qatar World Cup that set him on the road to global fame.
Celtic look like they mean business this transfer window and Ange Postecoglou seems in no mood to relinquish his grip on the SPFL title as he continues to scour the globe for talent to bolster his squad.
