Kieran Tierney has suggested that managing his local pub team could be what he does once he leaves the Bhoys and finishes his career.

There’s obviously no sign of the left-back hanging his boots up yet and for a good few years, too, with him hopefully set to spend his whole career here as well.

And, that said, once he does finish his playing days it looks as though he’d consider looking after the amateur side – Bullfrog – that has figured so prominently in his life growing up.

As quoted by the Daily Record, he said:

“I’d actually like to manage them one day, that’s my dream! It’s a serious point though, keeping football going past the youth side of the game is really hard.”

The Verdict

For such a young kid, KT is so well aware of things away from the professional game and things like this only make him more of a class act than he already is.

It’s a long time away him retiring you’d like to hope but once he does he’s bound to make a good coach whatever level he is at.
