As the transfer rumour mill continues this week, Celtic tonight have been linked with French star Kevin N’Doram.

N’Doram currently plays for newly relegated Ligue 1 side Metz and the Daily Record reports that as a result of dropping into the French second tier, the club are looking to offload players in a ‘fire sale’ in am effort to cut costs.

The 26 year old was a standout for Metz but despite his best efforts couldn’t help the club avoid the drop.

N’Doram is a holding midfielder and it looks like Postecoglou is making his first moved in replacing the departing Israeli Nir Bitton.

The Record believes that the Hoops could land the midfielder for around £2m which is half of what he is valued at according to Transfermarkt

With the club linked to various players this week and expected to tie up long term deals for Portuguese winger Jota and American central defender Cameron Carter Vickers, this is definitely going to be a busy summer for the Hoops.

Postecoglou will be hoping to avoid a repeat of last summer where last minute wheeling and dealing saw the Aussie gaffer make late additions to strengthening the team.

It does seem like he is picking up where he left off in the January window and is looking to get business done early.
