Sead Haksabanovic is once again being linked with a move with Celtic. According to reports in Football Scotland, Celtic are going to splash £6m to secure his signature.

The report suggests, “The versatile attacker was linked with the Parkhead club earlier this summer but the speculation went quiet – until now. Reports emerged last night indicating that Haksabanovic was back on Celtic’s radar and our transfer guru, Mark Hendry, confirmed that he’s on the radar of Hoops chiefs.”

The winger could provide more attacking talent and depth to our attack and we probably do need another winger as although, we have the best players in the league in wide areas, we could find our squad exposed if Jota and Abada were injured simultaneously, therefore, Haksabanovic would further squad depth and competition, making the best attack in the League even stronger.

The £6m price tag would mark an unprecedented level of spending in this transfer window clearly showing that the board have a similar level of faith in Ange that the supporters do which is a very encouraging sign for the years to come.

If previous Postecoglou singings are anything to go by, Haksabanovic will hit the ground running nothing is certain yet but the story is something to keep an eye on before the end of the transfer window.

Why a winger? If this was planned then why give Forrest 3 year deal to sit on bench? We need a midfield enforcer and a goalscoring midfielder….
