Today marks two wins from two as the Celts ran out 3-1 winners away at Ross County.

Late goals from debut boy Jenz and second-half sub Abada added to Kyogo’s opener.

Despite what the score line suggests, Celtic did not have it all their own way in Dingwall as Ross County were extremely difficult to break down, particularly in the first half.

Their defensive resoluteness will be something that Celtic should continue to expect from opponents throughout the season as teams cannot hope to compete with Celtic on an attacking level.

However, County did keep our collective hearts racing with a second-half equaliser when they seemed more interested in stopping Celtic from scoring than actually putting the ball in the back of the net themselves.

A positive from Celtic’s point of view is the debut of German centre-back Jenz as not only did he impress with a goal, he looked extremely comfortable on the ball.

The big defender also adds height to our central defence.  At 6ft 3in tall, he has an intimidating physique and seemingly has already developed a partnership with CCV.

Hopefully, this is the dream start to an extremely successful and exciting Celtic career.

Liel Abada, who yesterday I wrote should be in contention to start the match, once again impressed from the bench with his late goal capping off a great performance, surely doing enough to see his name on the team sheet for next week encounter with Kilmarnock.

Although, Celtic may not have had it all their own way this afternoon, our attacking talent and refusal to give up until the final whistle proved once again too much for our opposition because WE NEVER STOP!
