Celtic will be looking to get themselves some signings in this summer as we aim to shake things up squad-wise.
Neil Lennon will want to put his own stamp on things with his own signings and exits, whilst he’ll also be looking to give some players a fresh start.
And, according to Football Insider, he seems ready to give Nir Bitton another crack at things for next season.
The midfielder struggled last season thanks to injury and the suggestion was that the club might look to terminate his contract this summer.
However, Lennon appears to have stepped in on the situation and wants to see him stay put for at least the final year of his deal next season.
Whether or not we see him stay put past the end of next campaign remains to be seen, of course, but it does look as though the Israeli isn’t moving on just yet.
