Finally, someone is calling out the SFA for their treatment of Rangers

|

We all know for some reason Rangers are the darlings of the SFA and at last a pundit has had enough about him to really call them out directly.

John Hartson was never scared of getting involved as a player and in his latest Evening Times column he has rightly called the Gers out and their luck with Alfredo Morelos.

The striker has gotten away with murder at times this season – particularly against us – and the SFA finally decided that they needed to do something after what happened at Aberdeen.

It seems a token gesture, though, and Big John has called them out with this honest statement:

“In my opinion, they have only now meted out this punishment to Morelos because he has been sent off a number of times now, and they feel that they have to be seen to be doing something to hammer him.”

He’s absolutely right too.

He’s been sent off loads and could have been even more, yet the SFA have only now decided to try and make an example of him.

Rangers get plenty of preferential treatment, though, so let’s not get too bogged down with it, we’ll still be the ones with the trophies come the end of the campaign.
