With Celtic winger Daniel Arzani a hot topic of discussion in the media this week, Hoops fans are taking a more relaxed view of his development at the club since joining from Manchester City in the summer.
Celtic sources today denied rumours that he is set for an early return to the Etihad Stadium, as reported by The Daily Record.
That came after reports in his homeland suggest he could leave Glasgow as early as December due to a lack of first-team action under Brendan Rodgers.
The international has yet to make his debut for the club, having spent the last couple of months adjusting to life in Scotland and building up his fitness after missing pre-season training.
There is really little surprise that he hasn’t featured yet when you take into account his circumstances, age and experience.
Fans have taken to Twitter to share their thoughts on the situation, with many believing that he’ll be in the team when he’s ready and not a minute before…
Arzani will be in the team when Rodgers thinks he's ready..no1 else! #Celtic 🍀

So an Aussie pundit I’ve never heard of can’t understand why Arzani can’t get a game at Celtic when he is a 65 min sub for Australia against Kuwait and questions the choice of a manager that has won every domestic trophy possible in his first 2 seasons in charge? Awright then✌️

You're the idiot mate!! More interested in FIFA 19 than real football. Brendan will give Arzani a chance when he is ready not before. Trumpet 🤣🇮🇪🇮🇪 https://t.co/j0grRXMNSc

If Daniel Arzani was good enough for Celtic right now then he would be in the team. If he's not ready, then he's not ready.
Celtic will play him if and when Brendan feels he is better than the players we already have.
Parent clubs should not be able to dictate playing time.

Agreed. And if he goes as reports suggest then it’s no big deal.

Celtic confirm (as complete bollox) the rumours that Daniel Arzani is to cut his loan deal to Celtic short.
Extra helpings of humble pie are available to the usual suspects.
They know nothing.
