Arsenal really found themselves a gem with Kieran Tierney didn’t they?

£25m for an established Scottish International with bags of Champions League experience and knows what it takes to win a trophy, at just 22 years old when he signed, they got themselves a bargain and they know it.

With interest in Tierney ramping up from the Continent, it seems The Gunners could be bracing themselves for a bidding war for the services of their popular left back.

Speaking on The Go Radio Football Show, Mark Guidi gave his valuation of the Scotland defender and it seems if interest from Barcelona and Real Madrid is real, then they have the prospect of shelling out bucket loads of cash if they are serious about buying him.

When asked what he thought the London club should be asking for Tierney, journalist Mark Guidi said, “I think  Arsenal would be crazy to sell him for anything less than £100 million.

“Because who do you replace him with?

“For Arsenal I think they build the captaincy into his next contract and try and do everything they can to persuade him to stay.”

That’s an astounding amount of money that Celtic will get a share of 15% of.

That would be of great benefit to the Celtic boss and his assault on the league title next season if he had  a hefty chunk of the world beatingg transfer target.
