This is a really strange one.
After Celtic boss, Ange Postecoglou, practically shot down the rumours of Celtic signing PSG starlet Edouard Michut.
At the time when asked about the player, Ange said, “Yeah, good player, but no.
“I have an interest in every good footballer in the world, but there is a limited market which I can tap into.
“He’s another footballer who is very much talented and very much in my range, but that doesn’t mean we’re going to bring him in, no.”
So why, then, has Nicolo Shira made this claim this morning on Twitter?

It seems a rather bizarre claim to make considering the events of the last few days so we at Vital Celtic asked Nicolo to clarify his claim:

Was Ange bluffing the media then? Which is something I wrote about when a fan asked journalist Mark Hendry after the manager denied interest in Michut.
At the time Hendry said, “We at @Football_Scot didn’t report on Michut to Celtic at all today as our understanding from the get-go was that it wasn’t happening.
“Club were always aware of the speculation from this morning but stance was the same.”
It will be interesting to see how this story pans out and if Nicolo decides to reply to my tweet I will, of course, keep you all update but it does look like this will need to go into the ‘speculation’ pile.
