Over the weekend I saw a discussion on Twitter wondering whether we should have naming rights for Celtic Park.

It’s a move that an increasing amount of clubs have looked to do as they aim to earn more money in an increasingly competitive market.

Sometimes, though, such suggestions have been met by disagreement and unhappiness and it looks as though most of our fans would not be happy with it too.

Tam Selleck asked the question on Twitter and this was the response:

The Verdict

Celtic Park should remain Celtic Park, I don’t see that it would make that much a difference financially wise.

I don’t see the club getting to a stage where this is a real idea anyway, though, and so I’m not too concerned about it becoming an eventuality.
