At a time when the Celtic forward line seem to be stuttering and floundering the ball into the back of the net, two Celtic loanees are currently setting the heather on fire at their loan clubs.

Ewan Henderson and Barry Coffey have shown the quality that is currently lacking in the first team as they shine a light at their on loan clubs in Dunfermline and Cliftonville respectively.

Henderson is a product of the Lennoxtown youth academy and comes highly rated and recently broke into the first team this year, but game time was limited so the skilful midfielder was shipped out on loan to Dunfermline where he has helped the Championship side seal a play off place with two assists in a 4-3 thriller against Arbroath yesterday.

Henderson showed great craft and vision for both assists and as the young midfielder continues his development in this fashion, he will no doubt be knocking at the door for a starting place in the coming years.

The second video shows a stunning goal from Irish wonderkid, Barry Coffey.  Coffey is on loan at Cliftonville and the midfielder showed why he was on the radar of clubs like Manchester United, Chelsea and Manchester City before choosing to sign with Celtic back in June 2017.

Coffey has impressed greatly at his new club and so much so that team mate, Chris Curran tweeted:

Some great skill and promise shown by two young outstanding talents and hopefully as they continue to learn and play more first team football, they will return to Celtic Park looking to make an impression in the first team next season.
