Can’t beat a bit of celebrityhood when it comes to Celtic fans.
With the team firing on all cylinders with just eight games left, the fans should be excited as they watched their hero’s expertly take apart an opponent that has been notoriously difficult to despatch in recent seasons.
This was game that was probably filling most fans with dread. Strong, physical team with that dreadful plastic pitch, in Celtic’s last five visits to the Tony Macaroni Arena, they have drawn three and lost twice.
But yesterday they banished the hoodoo to leave the fans looking forward to a break from the league and focus on the Scottish Cup as Ange Postecoglou focuses on the Treble.
And that is what is Hollywood actor Gianni Capaldi believes is going to happen.
Commenting on Celtic’s official Instagram, the Hoops daft celebrity believes that Ange Postecoglou is bringing the Treble home for the fifth time in six years to Paradise:
“Yassssss!!!!! Feeling like with 9 games to go we are back on🔥🔥🔥!!! League coming back to paradise x”
And when urged to tread with caution as we still have extra Scottish Cup games coming up, Capaldi was defiant and made a bold prediction:
“oh don’t worry we are winning that as well 🍀”
There is no doubt yesterday’s results was absolutely massive in terms of the title. I would be willing to bet our rivals were banking on dropped points at our bogey ground.
With only eight fixtures left, Ange Postecoglou’s men will be believing that the title is on it’s way home.
