I’m willing to bet he just Googles Celtic stuff before he goes onto his Talksport show before he makes a point about our club.
I’ve written a few times on here about him and his rants about Celtic and to be honest it does get quite tiresome.
But today, i was looking at the most recent Talksport video on YouTube and he was being very complimentary about Ange Postecoglou.
Jordan was bemoaning the people who ridiculed the appointment of Ange Postecoglou but directed his comments at the wrong people, “What we’ve got is the dismantling of the silly arguments that were put forward by people that were ridiculing Celtic about this appointment.
“Because there was a ridicule factor there. There was an ‘Ange who’ and it did come from some of the Celtic fans as well.
“People have some sort of substance we’re looking at him saying this guy’s pretty good. Wait and see.
“Okay, the list of clubs he has managed and the environment he has been in, while they don’t tick all the boxes, but let’s wait and see. Let’s have a good look.
“I felt at the beginning of his tenure, I don’t think he knew we walked into.
“But like real leaders, I think he adjusted pretty quickly. And I think when he first walked through the door, I thought it was a couple of interviews he did when Celtic hadn’t hit their straps, but now the juices started to flow is getting good players in there.
“He’s getting a good balance in his squad.
“He’s whistling the tune and the players are humming.”
Now, of course when Ange was appointed, many fans asked ‘Who?’ because no one had ever heard of him.
But, like me, the vast majority of fans did their homework on the gaffer before thinking, ‘Yeah, we need to see what he’s got’.
Not once did I see fans ridicule the appointment.
I did see many in the media do it right enough, because I’ve written about it often enough.
Maybe on Simon’s next Google search he should do a wee bit of fact checking first.

We have dodged a cannon ball with Howe going to Newcastle and us landing Ange. No way would we be sitting top of the table and a trophy already in the bag if Eddie Howe and his massive back room team had come to Celtic. Ange may have been the great unknown, but he walked into our lives on his own, quite happy to work with the staff already here, and got on with the job. Thank you Eddie.
