Celtic goalkeeper Craig Gordon had a tough Sunday evening between the sticks at Hampden, conceding three goals to a rampant Portugal side in a 3-1 defeat.
The standard of the opposition may have been difficult, they are European Champions after all, it was still a disappointing night for the Hoops number one.
In truth there was probably little he could have done for the goals, with Scotland’s defence not covering itself in glory throughout the 90 minutes and giving the veteran shot-stopper little protection.
Still though, plenty of Scotland fans took issue with his performance, with some even suggesting that Celtic number two Scott Bain should be in the squad ahead of him.
Gordon is still an excellent instinctive ‘keeper on his day, but with his distribution raising questions when playing for Celtic, is it time to consider someone else as the club’s number one?

Not Craig Gordon’s biggest fan, so might be harsh but what was he doing at the goal there, surely he stands up and he has an easy save?

Why's Craig Gordon throwing himself to the ground when he knows he's not going to get it?

Craig Gordon is absolute mince. Fine for a the Scottish Premiership when it's playing at Sunday league level but not against a real football team!
